Orders will be posted by Australia Post on the same or next business day after receiving full payment.

All items are in perfect condition when they leave our hands at the post office. Every care is taken to ensure products are delivered in the same condition.  Aus2u cannot be held responsible for damage occurred whilst in transit.

Returns Policy

Our products are all Brand New.While every effort is taken to show the exact colours of the products, sometimes the lighting can affect the look of the item on a photo compared with the reality.

Returns accepted within:  20 Days of receiving the item.

Refund given as:  Exchange or Refund.

Return shipping paid by:  Buyer (for all change of mind situations)

In the rare case of order discrepancies, or where the quality of the goods is unacceptable, the customer must notify Aus2u within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, and Aus2u will arrange to have the goods returned and either an exchange or refund (plus the cost of return postage) will be provided to the customer.
